Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions.

General
- 01🐾 Yes, we arrange an initial complimentary consultation to find out about your dog and introduce your dog walker.
- 02🐾 We will try our best to ensure you have the same walker on each occasion, we are a family run business and we hope you will get to know the whole team.
- 03🐾 We endeavour to keep to the set time arranged. On occasions there may be possible time constraints, therefore we ask that you keep a window of an hour open either way.
- 04🐾 Yes we are all covered under Public Liability Insurance.
- 05🐾 We ask that you give Pawz to Doorz 24 hours notification if you wish to cancel a walk or you may still be charged.
- 06🐾 Invoices will be emailed to you the last day of the month and payment via QR code, cash or bank transfer will be required within 7 working days.
- 07🐾 This will be discussed during our consultation with you and if you have signed Pawz to Doorz registration form.
- 08🐾 For safety reasons, a maximum of 4 dogs are walked by one handler.
- 09🐾 We have fully fitted caged and air-conditioned large vans for the comfort and safety of your pet.
- 10🐾 No, we are all DBS checked and comply with GDPR regulations for your peace of mind.
- 11🐾 Yes, we offer a bespoke service meaning the maximum of 4 dogs are walked at any one time.
- 12🐾 We can discuss this with you, although we are unable to walk bitches in season.
- 13🐾 We take a great deal into consideration when grouping for walks to obtain a balanced group. If there are any concerns we will assess, re-group accordingly and notify you.
- 14🐾 Currently no, with the exception of regular users we can discuss this further.
- 15🐾 Subject to space and availability, yes.
- 16🐾 We are fully trained in Canine First Aid and Pet Psychology.
- 17🐾 Each dog is assessed on their own merit.
- 18🐾 Pawz to Doorz holds full Public Liability Insurance. Therefore, should any damage be caused to ourselves, property and/or other dogs, you may be held liable in the event of claim.
- 19🐾 This is dependant on the type of medication issued to your pet, we are happy to discuss this further with you.
